Serves as a technical authority and trusted advisor for sales teams, customers, and partners. Provides technical expertise, guides projects from design through delivery, and uses AI to accelerate development, debugging, and code optimization.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Elastic customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, implementation, consumption, and expansion.
