Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, driving coherence across teams, and leading initiatives to ensure Weave's competitiveness in messaging solutions.

Lead multi-year technical vision and architecture for Payments, Scheduling, Forms, RCM and mobile platforms. Drive cross-team solutions, evaluate build-vs-buy, mentor senior engineers, set company-wide engineering standards, and ensure scalability, reliability, and observability for high-throughput distributed systems.
