Lead and execute NetDocuments' organic social strategy across platforms, build executive and SME thought leadership programs, create and capture content (including video), measure social impact on demand generation, manage editorial calendar and governance, engage communities, and travel frequently for events and content capture.

Lead architecture and development for scalable document content extraction and transformation systems. Build full-stack, event-driven applications using C#/.NET, AWS, Kafka, OCR technologies, APIs, and AI services. Own initiatives from design through production, improve reliability and performance, implement observability, address technical debt, document architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Own strategic law firm and legal department relationships, advising clients on legal AI adoption and transformation. Lead and coach a Corporate sales team of six AEs to drive predictable revenue across 6–12 month enterprise deals. Recruit and scale AE teams, establish enterprise governance and sales playbooks (MEDDICC/BANT), shape go-to-market strategy, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and cross-sell/renewal motions.

Lead roadmap and delivery of AI-powered legal product features. Own backlog, write specifications and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering/design/QA, analyze customer feedback and metrics, and align stakeholders for timely releases and go-to-market readiness.
