Build and own Snowflake data models and dbt pipelines for a Customer Data Platform supporting marketing segmentation and customer journeys. Integrate complex source systems, manage data architecture and governance, conduct data discovery, and translate business rules into scalable solutions. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders; lead technical workshops; mentor junior engineers; and implement automated data quality testing, CI/CD workflows, and AI-augmented engineering practices.

Processes and posts customer payments, including ACH, wires, and lockbox transactions. Reconciles discrepancies, manages adjustments, write-offs, refunds, and bank account research. Maintains financial controls, monitors inquiries, supports process improvements and automation, trains AR specialists, and partners with quality assurance on documentation. Works Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

Own post-sale client relationships for small-business accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and driving adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and ARR growth. Partner with engineering, data, security, compliance, and business teams to prioritize initiatives, improve agent accuracy and authorization, consolidate knowledge systems, and measure business value. The role requires hands-on technical fluency with SQL, APIs, retrieval traces, data modeling, AI evaluation, and enterprise security.

Lead the vision, strategy, and organizational growth of Payments SRE across reliability, observability, automation, incident management, performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. Manage SRE leaders and engineers supporting high-availability, low-latency payment systems. Partner with executives and engineering and product teams, drive compliance and operational excellence, mentor leaders, build reliability frameworks, and advance AI-enabled operations.

Leads engineering teams developing the EnCompass Corporate Payments platform, including customer-facing applications, APIs, webhooks, and data streams. Establishes technical vision, architectural roadmaps, engineering practices, and delivery mechanisms. Partners with product and commercial teams, hires and develops engineers, promotes innovation, and improves time-to-market. Requires substantial software engineering and management experience, cloud expertise, automated testing knowledge, and understanding of cloud security and compliance.

Own enterprise IAM strategy, governance, engineering, and operations for identity lifecycle management. Lead IAM Operations and Engineering teams, modernize SailPoint IdentityIQ to Identity Security Cloud, automate joiner-mover-leaver workflows, and integrate hundreds of applications.
