Owns TaxSys product marketing by developing positioning, value stories, ROI proof points, sales and demo enablement, client adoption programs, implementation communications, competitive intelligence, and customer proof. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, Content, and Customer Marketing to expand the platform into new markets and improve content, training, and campaign effectiveness. Requires strong strategic writing, presentations, executive communication, and evidence-based decision-making.

Build and manage Grant Street Group’s B2B content and customer marketing programs. Responsibilities include developing editorial strategy, creating thought leadership and customer stories, managing advocacy and reference programs, gathering voice-of-customer insights, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams, and measuring content performance. The role requires hands-on writing, editing, interviewing, process building, SEO knowledge, and collaboration with public-sector clients. Up to 10% travel is required.

Develop data conversion code to migrate clients to TaxSys using Perl, SQL, Linux, MySQL, and a proprietary parallel-computing framework. Debug and resolve client data issues, collaborate with data analysts and clients, validate converted data, and support agile teams through successful go-live. Occasional on-site travel is required.

Serve as liaison between clients and developers for a cloud-based SaaS product: analyze problems, write technical specifications, prioritize work, test changes, implement and train clients, and provide ongoing client support.
