The IT Engineer provides deskside and remote support to employees, manages IT requests, and automates solutions while ensuring operational efficiency.

Design and manage compensation and global mobility programs, including salary structures, incentive and equity plans. Lead offers, partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Finance and leadership to resolve complex compensation issues. Run performance calibration support, create data-driven insights and presentations, manage change and communications, and oversee international relocations with external immigration and relocation partners.

The Forward Deployed Engineer solves problems for customers, creates solutions, and drives impact through innovative approaches in a collaborative environment. They require strong technical knowledge and a focus on growth and problem-solving.
