Own the end-to-end customer retention program for a health and fitness wearables brand. Responsibilities include managing Klaviyo email and SMS flows, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, campaigns, upsell and repeat-purchase initiatives, list growth, testing, deliverability, reporting, and onsite retention touchpoints across Shopify. The role requires taking ownership of an existing program, improving customer journeys, and coordinating with Brand and other teams to drive lead conversion, device adoption, and retention revenue.

Build channel strategy, secure retail and distributor accounts, manage launches through the first 90 days, monitor sell-through, drive reorders, and provide partner insights to internal teams.
