The Account Executive identifies leads, prospects new business, delivers sales presentations, manages customer relationships, and meets monthly revenue goals within an assigned area.

Manage and retain a book of smaller commercial and industrial customers by making outbound/inbound calls, performing contract re-signs, cross-selling Republic Services products, documenting activity in Salesforce, and supporting pricing and cancellation processes to grow customer penetration and profitability.

Prepare and audit payroll entries and reconciliations for unionized, multi-state employees; calculate contributions, deductions, special payments, and reports; collaborate with HR/Total Rewards/HRIS; perform system testing and knowledge transfer.

Coordinate post-offer activities and onboarding, manage post-offer communication, monitor and follow up on background checks, schedule pre-employment drug testing, assist new hires with paperwork and work authorization, and support Talent Acquisition and HR with related administrative tasks.

The Sr. Data Modeler designs and implements data architectures, optimizes SQL queries, and develops data pipelines to support analytics initiatives ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.

Manage payroll calculation, analysis, and reporting for union and prevailing-wage programs. Interpret contracts, reconcile payroll data, prepare compliance reports, support audits, configure pay codes in Workday, and drive process improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, HRIS, field leadership and external partners.
