Serve as front-office point of contact and process automotive titles end-to-end: verify paperwork, calculate fees, submit duplicates, update databases, handle payments and phone inquiries, and coordinate with customers, managers, and DMV requirements to complete title transfers accurately.

Build and maintain dealer and institutional customer relationships to drive auction sales. Provide prompt customer service via phone, email, and text; solicit buy and sell business; support sale-day operations; use CRM to log activity and run reports; educate customers on ADESA.com and mobile apps; meet sales goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
