The Account Manager I focuses on achieving revenue goals by identifying customer needs, developing strategic relationships, and managing business plans for assigned accounts.

Field sales role managing assigned accounts and new business to achieve revenue and margin targets. Builds strategic customer relationships, conducts business reviews, manages pipeline and profitability, aligns supplier solutions, and leads negotiations for medium-sized complex accounts.

Develop and implement pricing strategies and models based on market and competitive analysis. Partner with sales, marketing and finance to set pricing programs, verify ERP pricing, maintain pricing databases, project revenue impact of pricing changes, and report program results to account managers.

Identify business opportunities in IP&E power supply, develop relationships with customers, and provide technical power solutions to support revenue growth.

Provides technical leadership and customer support for Marvell switching, PHY, and processor SoC products. Architects hardware solutions, investigates and reproduces hardware and software issues, performs schematic reviews, debugs boot sequencing and customer-reported problems, and supports Linux BSPs, U-Boot, device drivers, and board designs. Serves as a liaison among customers, Avnet field applications engineers, and Marvell engineering teams, while delivering training and occasional customer-site support.
