Outside sales role building relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and instructors in the Boston territory. Deliver group presentations, educate prospects on training and self-defense liability protection, close USCCA memberships, manage territory pipeline, and provide excellent customer experience. Requires evening and weekend availability and completion of paid training.

Configure and maintain marketing technology platforms and tracking across customer touchpoints. Implement, validate, and troubleshoot event schemas, tags, pixels, APIs, webhooks, and integrations. Build audiences, workflows, personalization, and QA plans; translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, attribution, lead routing, and responsible data handling.
