Manage the full lifecycle of Cisco Enterprise Agreement renewals, True Forwards, modifications, registrations, quotes, and orders. Analyze True Forward reports, identify suite value shifts, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and coordinate with Cisco, TD SYNNEX, customer success, sales, operations, and finance teams. Provide expertise on Cisco EA structures, quoting, compliance, forecasting, billing, margin reconciliation, and complex multi-party deal execution.

Support Client Directors across the transaction lifecycle to protect and grow gross profit margins and customer satisfaction. Manage quotes-to-cash, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, handle orders and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and AR, build client profiles, and provide value-add reporting and presentations to ensure timely resolutions and strong client relationships.
