The Sales Development Representative will identify and reach out to leads, collaborate with Account Executives, and educate prospects about ZoomInfo's solutions, focusing on the value provided to organizations.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify inbound leads, articulate the value of ZoomInfo's solutions, and collaborate with Account Executives to create sales opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Java and Node.js (NestJS). Build scalable, event-driven microservices with Kafka, work with SQL Server/MongoDB, deploy and monitor on AWS/GCP, and containerize/orchestrate with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS. Collaborate across teams, refactor code for performance, and follow software best practices.

Own an end-to-end PLG growth loop from first touch to revenue: define entry points, activation, monetization, and PQL routing. Run high-velocity experimentation (8-10 experiments/sprint), design self-serve flows, model credit economics, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance to drive activation, upgrades, and expansion.

As a Sales Development Representative, identify and engage executives, develop outbound sales plans, and establish relationships to drive sales for mid-market organizations.

Drive high-volume SMB new-business sales from prospecting to close. Conduct demos, use trials/data enrichment, negotiate terms, manage CRM and CPQ, forecast revenue, and meet quota in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role involves building and optimizing big data pipelines, designing data architectures, collaborating with data scientists, and driving technical strategy for data processing.

Provide advanced technical support for ZoomInfo products: diagnose and resolve complex API, integration, CRM sync, data quality, and browser/network issues; manage high-priority cases end-to-end; create knowledge base content and playbooks; mentor juniors; partner with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve defects; drive process improvements and enablement across the support organization.

Architects and standardizes cloud infrastructure for data platforms on GCP, including Kubernetes, networking, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, performance, cost, security, and disaster recovery. Evaluates emerging data technologies, runs prototypes, guides managed-service connectivity, supports governance and consolidation, and enables engineering teams through architecture reviews, workshops, reference implementations, and documented standards.

Own the lifecycle, quality, delivery, pricing, packaging, and commercialization of vertical data products. Partner with customers, sales, analysts, engineering, legal, pricing, and marketing to build data-driven workflows, prioritize investments, execute strategic deals, and increase revenue. Serve as the subject matter expert for specialized datasets, ensuring strong coverage, accuracy, entity resolution, platform integration, and customer adoption.
