As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with Account Executives to engage senior executives, build a sales pipeline, conduct outreach, and educate prospects on ZoomInfo's solutions.

The Principal Software Engineer will design and implement distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines utilizing machine learning and large language models to enhance B2B marketing intelligence.

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with senior executives at enterprise organizations to build pipelines, educate leads, and establish relationships while driving strategic outbound sales efforts.

Lead and develop an Enterprise Sales Development (SDR) team: hire, train, coach, define metrics, run outreach campaigns, manage dashboards, and iterate SDR processes using AI and sales automation to generate qualified pipeline.

Drive high-volume SMB new-business sales from prospecting to close. Conduct demos, use trials/data enrichment, negotiate terms, manage CRM and CPQ, forecast revenue, and meet quota in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Provide embedded executive support to the Chief Product Officer and leadership team: run leadership meetings, manage calendars and travel, track action items, connect stakeholders, plan team events/offsites, and act as a culture carrier to keep the product organization aligned and running efficiently.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and workflow orchestration using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/NestJS, Temporal or Google Cloud Workflows, and Kafka. Ensure high availability, observability, fault tolerance, and performance for large-scale event-driven systems; troubleshoot production issues, define best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate on architecture and SLAs.

The role involves building and optimizing big data pipelines, designing data architectures, collaborating with data scientists, and driving technical strategy for data processing.

Provide advanced technical support for ZoomInfo products: diagnose and resolve complex API, integration, CRM sync, data quality, and browser/network issues; manage high-priority cases end-to-end; create knowledge base content and playbooks; mentor juniors; partner with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve defects; drive process improvements and enablement across the support organization.

Design and operationalize end-to-end B2B SaaS customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, engagement, expansion, retention). Build scalable journeys, segmentation, messaging, AI-assisted content, measurement frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to improve activation, adoption, and retention.
