Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to sell StackAdapt's marketing technology portfolio to enterprise marketers. Own pipeline, source and close opportunities, lead executive discovery and demos, develop account strategies, and act as a subject matter expert on customer data, AI-powered marketing, journey orchestration, and measurement.

Leads and scales StackAdapt’s eCommerce new-business sales organization across North America. Responsibilities include developing outbound sales processes and playbooks, managing pipeline and forecasting, coaching Sales Directors and Account Executives, partnering with Marketing and Revenue Operations, improving lead quality, adopting AI-enabled sales technologies, and representing the company at industry events. The role builds a predictable revenue engine through disciplined execution, account-based selling, and cross-functional go-to-market leadership.

Drive StackAdapt platform adoption and commercial growth across Publicis, WPP, and Havas. Partner with programmatic centers of excellence and agency leaders to translate holding-company priorities into activation strategies, provide programmatic consultation, remove technical and commercial barriers, support sales opportunities, and communicate agency insights to internal teams. Track engagement, campaign activation, platform usage, and revenue impact while developing senior stakeholder relationships.

Provide legal support for commercialization and product development of an AI-powered ad tech platform: draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage IP portfolio and complex IP litigation, advise on AI, data, and privacy matters, counsel product teams on compliance and IP protection, and develop automated legal workflows.

Develop and maintain automated and functional tests covering API, UI, integration, system, and regression scenarios. Integrate scalable test automation into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with engineering and product teams, provide test feedback, and contribute to technical planning and code reviews. The role also involves testing edge cases, compatibility, concurrency, backend systems, and large relational datasets using SQL.

Lead a backend engineering team owning the creative pipeline for high-throughput, low-latency adtech services. Drive roadmap execution, run agile rituals, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and code reviews, handle incidents and on-call, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and support hiring and onboarding.

Own the vision and roadmap for StackAdapt’s Attribution stack, including click-through, view-through, CTV, ABM, and other attribution models. Partner with major clients and cross-functional teams to define needs, align stakeholders, create product specifications, and guide engineering, design, and QA delivery. Translate complex data and identity-resolution constraints into product decisions, use experiments and analytics to drive iteration, and develop measurement products that increase customer engagement.

Own and optimize StackAdapt’s People Technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, performance systems, integrations, automation, and AI workflows. Develop the People Tech roadmap, centralize systems, maintain API-driven data flows, evaluate new technologies, and partner with People & Culture, IT, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on scalable processes, data integrity, employee experience, and strategic technology enablement.

Leads product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, AI adoption, product launches, market expansion, and customer-driven roadmap input. Builds and manages a high-performing product marketing team, partners with executive, product, revenue, and marketing stakeholders, and drives product adoption, retention, category growth, and revenue across programmatic advertising and martech markets.

Own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients by developing opportunities, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build consultative relationships with senior marketers, translate business goals into programmatic and martech strategies, and drive campaign performance and revenue growth. Manage account planning, forecasting, pipeline health, and client narratives while partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, solutions, and marketing. Serve as a B2B marketing and ad technology subject matter expert. Occasional travel is required for client meetings and industry events.
