As a Sr. AI/ML Engineer III, you will design and implement reinforcement learning algorithms, integrate them into simulation environments, and evaluate their performance. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will ensure the maintainability and transparency of AI components while communicating results and recommendations clearly.

Support secure, mission-critical platforms in a federal environment: design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deploy and operate containerized applications (Kubernetes) in AWS, enforce secure access controls, manage artifact repositories, and monitor platform health while collaborating with developers, data scientists, and government stakeholders.

Lead user research and discovery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate ambiguous problems into defined statements, produce research artifacts and wireframes, prototype designs, communicate design intent to technical and non-technical audiences, and advocate user-centered design practices focused on accessibility, usability, and functionality.

Support secure, mission-critical federal platforms by designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads (Kubernetes), secure artifact management, cloud (AWS) deployments, observability, and access controls. Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and government stakeholders to enable secure experimentation, automation, and scale from IL2 to IL4+ environments.
