Lead the architecture, development, integration, deployment, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting federal mission requirements. Design secure integrations, Service Catalog capabilities, workflow automation, and AI enhancements. Oversee releases, code reviews, testing, deployments, performance optimization, and compliance with NIST and FISMA standards. Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, facilitate requirements and design discussions, and advise stakeholders on scalable ServiceNow best practices.

Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, Service Catalog offerings, workflows, and Service Portal experiences. Automate business processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs. Collaborate with Department of State stakeholders and technical teams, provide ServiceNow architecture and development guidance, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain stability across multiple instances and domains. Participate in Agile development, testing, deployment, and rollout activities while supporting secure, scalable solutions.
