Design and implement Java-based enterprise application features across the full SDLC. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, participate in Agile/Scrum, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor delivery team members.

Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (usability testing, field studies, surveys, interviews, KLM, card sorts, heuristic evaluations). Manage Boston lab schedule and equipment, facilitate in‑person studies, produce analytic reports and metrics, collaborate with product teams to define research goals, remediate findings, and advocate research practices across agile teams.
