Lead identification, negotiation, and implementation of strategic partner agreements; build executive relationships; develop and execute partnership plans and RFX processes to expand services globally; drive cross-functional collaboration and establish internal best practices to support Waymo's commercial expansion.

Lead procurement strategy for engineering services and R&D hardware, manage high-volume outsourced engineering contracts, negotiate complex commercial and IP terms, structure SOWs/NREs/JDM/ODM agreements, optimize manufacturing relationships, perform make-vs-buy analyses, partner with Legal on IP and cybersecurity, and present TCO to Finance and Hardware leadership to support rapid hardware prototyping and development.
