Builds executive relationships, supports business reviews, analyzes usage and ROI, enables renewals and expansion, and coordinates cross-functional resolution across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success. Develops technical roadmaps, best practices, customer insights, and scalable delivery processes.
