Responsibilities include executive relationship development, prospecting, qualification, solution-based selling, complex pricing negotiations, proof-of-concept management, forecasting, and closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $250,000. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires travel for onsite meetings up to twice per quarter.

Leads AI transformation for customer experience by building Voice of Customer infrastructure, identifying automation opportunities, prototyping LLM and agent-based workflows, and partnering with Engineering on production solutions.
