Own a portfolio of Guidewire Analytics clients through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Translate client business challenges into analytics use cases, guide stakeholder engagement, identify retention and growth opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and advance client objectives. The role requires strong client-facing commercial experience, analytical and technical curiosity, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to discuss APIs, datasets, models, and dashboards.

Manages a portfolio of insurance customers by driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion of Guidewire solutions. Collaborate with insurance carriers to shape workflows, balance autonomy and risk, and harden the system for regulated claims data and real-world policyholder interactions.

Drive adoption of Guidewire PricingCenter among North American P&C insurance carriers. Engage actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to understand models, workflows, and modernization goals; translate needs into solution proposals; guide stakeholders through enterprise software evaluations and commercial agreements; identify opportunities, build pipeline, represent Guidewire at industry events, and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.

Drive adoption of Guidewire PricingCenter among North American P&C insurance carriers. Engage actuarial, underwriting, and pricing leaders to understand models, workflows, and modernization goals; translate needs into solution proposals; guide enterprise evaluations through commercial agreement; build pricing-focused pipeline; support go-to-market strategy; represent Guidewire at industry events; and provide customer insight to product and engineering teams.

Leads the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization by defining strategy, identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows, and architecting AI solutions across CRM, data, and enterprise platforms. Designs agents, RAG systems, and intelligent workflows; partners with Engineering and IT on integrations, governance, security, and scalability; establishes evaluation and observability standards; and drives enterprise adoption and executive alignment.

Own go-to-market positioning and marketing strategy for Guidewire PricingCenter and Predict. Develop technical content, sales enablement, thought leadership, and competitive intelligence for actuarial and data science audiences. Partner with product, engineering, and sales to influence the roadmap, accelerate adoption, generate pipeline, and translate insurance pricing, predictive modeling, and machine learning capabilities into compelling business narratives.

The role involves defining and refining Guidewire's AI narrative, crafting audience-specific messages, leading competitive positioning, and creating technical marketing assets to convey the value of AI-driven solutions in the P&C insurance sector.

Configure and customize Guidewire InsuranceNow, develop integrations and custom code, troubleshoot Java runtime and logs, implement APIs/microservices, demo functionality, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver implementations.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise data transformation on the Guidewire Data Platform. Drive design, ingestion/egress, migration performance, and AI-enabled tooling. Facilitate inception and design review sessions, mentor teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure successful data platform adoption and repeatable delivery practices while spending significant time on customer sites.
