Owns quota and pipeline generation for uncovered markets while operating as the coordination hub for Cohesity’s global Security specialist organization. Responsibilities include targeted campaigns, partner and channel programs, executive customer engagement, enablement, sales incentives, territory data hygiene, reporting, operating cadence, and recruiting coordination. Success is measured by quota attainment, partner-sourced pipeline, coverage-model accuracy, enablement adoption, reporting reliability, and hiring velocity.

Own and grow a defined enterprise territory by acquiring new logos and expanding accounts. Build and manage complex sales pipelines, engage C‑level stakeholders, develop value-based business cases for Cohesity's data security platform, coordinate with sales engineers and partners, maintain forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and close large, strategic enterprise deals.

Drive new customer opportunities through technical sales support, product demonstrations, workshops, proposals, and proofs of concept. Help customers integrate enterprise data security and management products into production environments, develop storage technology strategies, collaborate with product management, and provide project management and post-sales technical support. The role requires strong enterprise technology experience, communication skills, customer engagement, and willingness to travel.

Partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities by delivering tailored technical solutions across backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and cloud. Lead discovery, demos, proofs of concept, solution design, and technical strategy; enable product integration, support evaluations, and provide post-sales technical assistance. Act as trusted technical advisor to customers and partners and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support.
