Plan, execute, and analyze ground and flight test campaigns for manned/unmanned aircraft. Develop test plans, coordinate pre/flight/post activities, collect telemetry, troubleshoot systems, validate requirements, document results, and improve test processes while supporting maintenance and range operations.

Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware engineering roles (electrical, power electronics, embedded hardware, avionics, PCB, RF). Partner with engineering leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning, build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage multiple complex searches, improve recruiting processes and tooling, mentor junior recruiters, and deliver high-quality candidate experience.
