Develop and maintain Python-based software for automating hardware tests, integrate results with manufacturing systems, build scalable test infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, create monitoring/visualization (e.g., Grafana), and collaborate with hardware, systems, and QA teams to ensure reliable aircraft component validation.

Lead and grow a small autonomy engineering team to design, integrate, validate, and field autonomy software for launched effects. Own delivery, hiring, mentoring, technical direction, ICDs, pre-deployment validation, live test support, hardware/software debugging, and cross-team collaboration for multi-agent and air-gapped fleet deployments.

Support avionics electrical engineering for the X-BAT across design, verification, procurement, manufacturing, and test. Perform benchtop testing with multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic load, and thermal chamber; design basic test fixtures, wire harnesses, and simple PCBs; rework boards to 0402; read and interpret schematics; collaborate on multidisciplinary hardware projects and drive project ownership and delivery.

Design and implement high-quality C/C++ embedded avionics software for X-Bat UAVs. Lead cross-functional teams, own features from design to production, integrate firmware and autonomy systems, and develop HIL/virtualized test environments. Produce architecture and test documentation, build CI/test tools, prototype concepts, and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance for aerospace deployments.
