The role targets financial institutions such as wealth managers, banks, asset managers, RIAs, and broker-dealers, while partnering with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Account Management.

Build and manage InvestCloud’s commercial transfer agent network for the Altic private markets platform. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing transfer agent partners, structuring and negotiating pricing and contracts, coordinating with Legal, managing long-term relationships, overseeing renewals and escalations, and coordinating handoffs to Product and Engineering for integration. The role requires US asset management and transfer agency expertise, commercial partnership experience, and use of AI-enabled research tools.

Lead the identification, prioritization, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of custodian partners for the Altic private markets network. Own long-term commercial and operational relationships, manage performance and renewals, coordinate Legal, Product, and Engineering handoffs, and represent custodian requirements in roadmap and commercial decisions. Serve as a trusted advisor managing a portfolio of financial services clients to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
