Lead strategy, development, and production deployment of scalable AI/GenAI and ML solutions. Drive technical direction, mentor data scientists, own end-to-end initiatives, ensure MLOps and model governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable business impact using advanced models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion) and cloud platforms.

Provide customer-facing technical support for Conga SaaS products: troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, configure products, run demos, create knowledge-base articles, and maintain internal records while delivering consultative guidance and excellent customer experience.

Establishes and operates CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud. Responsibilities include IAM and security compliance, observability and centralized logging, Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines, Kubernetes and Helm administration, Rancher cluster management, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience.

Sell Conga’s commercial operations solutions to enterprise organizations by sourcing new logos and expanding existing customers through upselling and cross-selling. Develop territory strategies, prospect, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, grow pipeline, and collaborate with sales engineering, business development, RevOps, legal, IT, and core account executives.
