Lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform strategy and roadmap, manage and scale a team of PMs, own business metrics (GMV, engagement, unit economics, credit), drive platform capabilities (authorization, servicing, APIs), partner with Engineering, Finance, Credit, Legal and external partners, and represent the Card domain in executive planning to deliver scalable consumer card products and integrations.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for Affirm Bank's cloud, data, vendor integrations, and operational tooling. Design, build, and operate high-stakes systems end-to-end, own incident response, vendor selection, and the Bank↔Affirm Inc integration boundary. Ensure examiner-ready documentation, compliance, reliability, and observability while mentoring engineers and pushing AI-assisted engineering practices to increase velocity and product safety.

Design, train, and productionize underwriting ML models for real-time transaction decisions. Build feature pipelines and training datasets, run experiments, integrate models into batch/real-time systems, and monitor data and model health while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with product/design/analytics, define technical plans, ensure availability (monitoring/on-call), set code and design standards, and mentor engineers to improve delivery and quality.

Build and maintain scalable integration and end-to-end test automation frameworks, optimize CI pipelines and test execution, improve test stability and reporting, support engineering teams with triage and best practices, write technical specs/ADRs, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the company test strategy.

Lead a commercial account management organization to grow and strengthen platform partnerships. Set vision and strategy, build high-performing teams, drive retention, growth, product adoption, and operational health, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and establish scalable operating models to deliver merchant and business outcomes.

The CISO will develop and manage the Bank's information security programs, ensuring compliance and protecting customer data while mitigating risks. They will also lead a security team, oversee third-party risk, and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
