Own end-to-end site acquisition for Northeast markets: source and qualify sites, run high-volume outreach, negotiate LOIs through definitive agreements, manage diligence (zoning, utilities, title), keep CRM and forecasts current, improve playbooks, and hand off signed, buildable sites to delivery while maintaining strong site-host relationships.

Lead local government engagement to enable Zipline launches and operations: build relationships with city and state officials, monitor local policy, coordinate site visits and events, collaborate cross-functionally on permitting and land use, manage outreach and advocacy, and represent the company at public meetings and industry events.

Manage state-level government relations, public policy functions, and advocacy for Zipline, overseeing lobbyists and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
