Sell Showpad's revenue enablement platform to commercial and enterprise accounts. Prospect and generate pipeline, consult with buyers, team-sell with BDRs and SEs, negotiate pricing, close new logos, and engage C-level and cross-functional stakeholders to align the solution to buyer priorities.

Manage a strategic enterprise account portfolio, achieve revenue targets, and drive expansion through upselling, cross-selling, prospecting, and account planning. Build C-level relationships, develop qualified pipelines, forecast sales, lead negotiations and RFPs, coordinate BDR and internal support teams, and promote Showpad’s platform. Monitor market and competitor trends while supporting customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term account growth.

Build and scale Showpad’s Enablement Advisory services, creating frameworks, pricing, packaging, and delivery infrastructure. Advise prospects and customers on enablement strategy, maturity, ROI, change management, content governance, and GTM performance. Develop business cases, quantify impact, report outcomes through executive dashboards, and partner with sales, account management, professional services, marketing, and product teams to drive services revenue. Contribute to thought leadership, customer communities, and internal GTM enablement.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to executives and leaders, advising on organizational design and talent strategy; manage complex employee relations and investigations; execute people programs (merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys); maintain HRIS data and people analytics; drive change initiatives and champion an inclusive culture across US and EMEA.
