Manage strategic lender accounts using the Reggora platform, build trusted-advisor relationships, advise on appraisal workflows, monitor account health and adoption, conduct quarterly business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires customer success or account management experience, data analysis skills, technical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Residential appraisal knowledge is preferred.
