Paid Product Management and Strategy internship supporting Ahold Delhaize USA’s retail media platform. Responsibilities include user management, feature request submission, knowledge base development, competitive audits, and recommendations for platform improvements. The intern will collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors, communicate product information to technical and business audiences, and gain exposure to roadmaps, integrations, incident response, and product strategy.

The co-op will track milestones, timelines, metrics, and data quality across catalog reviews, new item development, supplier transitions, item performance, and resets. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve reporting effectiveness and deliver actionable business insights.

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims across jurisdictions: investigate compensability, control medical care, negotiate settlements, coordinate return-to-work, partner with internal teams and vendors, identify fraud, and ensure compliant, cost-effective claim resolution while supporting injured associates.

Investigates and manages general liability claims from initial review through negotiation and disposition. Evaluates liability exposure, meets statutory deadlines, identifies fraud and subrogation opportunities, manages claim reserves and settlement authority, and collaborates with internal departments, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendors, and brand partners to resolve claims and reduce risk.
