Owns Payscale’s website growth across SEO, AI search visibility, CRO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, AEO, landing-page performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, Webflow implementation, GA4 and GTM reporting, dashboard development, funnel analysis, and AI-assisted insights. Partners with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to improve traffic, engagement, and pipeline conversion.

Own the full renewal lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including risk assessment, forecasting, procurement processes, negotiations, multi-year agreements, and closing. Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to protect recurring revenue and identify expansion opportunities. Maintain pipeline accuracy and execute save strategies for at-risk accounts while navigating complex Fortune 500–1000 buying cycles.

Generates qualified enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, territory planning, personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Partners with Account Executives, handles objections, communicates product value to decision-makers, maintains Salesforce and Outreach records, provides market intelligence, achieves monthly pipeline goals, and supports team development through coaching and peer enablement.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through territory planning, account research, persona-based outreach, objection handling, and value-focused communication. Collaborate with Account Executives and provide market intelligence to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records, achieve monthly pipeline goals, and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Provides legal guidance on commercial contracts, privacy, data security, AI governance, and regulatory compliance. Assesses customer and vendor agreements, conducts risk assessments, supports data requests and incident responses, monitors global laws, maintains legal documentation, delivers compliance training, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Information Security, and governance teams.

Manage enterprise customer accounts and drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and retention. Own the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, develop territory business plans, maintain Salesforce pipeline forecasts, present business value to HR and C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with SDRs and internal partners to exceed sales quotas and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead and remain hands-on for security engineering and operations: design and harden controls, build automation and detection, manage MDR, run incident response, and own vulnerability management, metrics, and cross-functional security integration.

Lead strategic product marketing for a product area: define positioning, messaging frameworks, GTM and launch strategy, leverage AI for market and competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional alignment with Sales/Product/CS, influence pricing and revenue strategy, mentor team members, and measure market impact against business KPIs.

Lead end-to-end program management for concurrent Information Security, IT/infrastructure, and Enterprise AI initiatives. Build and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, dashboards, and executive reporting; identify and mitigate risks; coordinate cross-functional working sessions; track action items and metrics; and drive follow-through to deliver programs on schedule.
