Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into differentiated positioning, battlecards, enablement, and strategic recommendations to influence GTM strategy, product decisions, and executive priorities. Represent Outreach externally and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve win rates and competitive positioning.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Commercial and Mid-Market segments. Develop segment positioning, ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and field engagement initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with sales, product marketing, revenue operations, and marketing teams to align priorities, personalize buyer experiences, measure outcomes, and optimize campaigns using AI, automation, and data.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Outreach’s Global Strategic segment. Develop segment positioning, ABM programs, target account strategies, integrated campaigns, and personalized buying experiences. Partner with sales, product marketing, field marketing, and revenue operations to accelerate pipeline and revenue. Measure and optimize campaign performance using data, AI, and automation while delivering segment insights and resources to field teams.

Lead post-sales operations and programs to drive customer retention, adoption, renewal forecasting, and expansion. Design AI-driven processes and agentic workflows (including Claude), run renewal forecast cadence, build digital/tech-touch strategies, turn health-scoring and customer data into action, and partner with CS, Product, and Revenue leadership. Manage and grow a team while measuring impact and improving customer lifecycle outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption of Outreach’s AI-powered features, ensure measurable business outcomes (retention, expansion), lead executive reviews, enable AI adoption and change management, surface data-driven insights and risks, own renewal/expansion strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Professional Services.
