The Senior Lead Product Manager will drive the product strategy for Klaviyo's Enterprise platform, focusing on unifying customer data, AI-driven automation, and ecosystem integrations. They will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure enterprise needs are met while balancing long-term strategy with immediate delivery.

Act as the first point of contact to identify high-potential companies, prospect and generate opportunities, collaborate with Account Executives on outreach strategies, iterate messaging across channels, contribute outbound best practices, and apply AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Build and own full-stack, enterprise-grade analytics and reporting features—from data access and storage to front-end visualizations. As a Partner Account Manager, you will build and manage relationships with marketing agency partners, leveraging consultative skills to drive growth and co-marketing strategies, and develop long-term business strategies for success.

Own end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade dbt models (Snowflake) for Sales and Product analytics. Build governed data marts, dimensional models, and reverse ETL workflows. Improve data quality, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Partner with GTM, Product, and BI stakeholders, mentor peers, and contribute to platform tooling (Airflow, Terraform, AWS) to enable reliable, scalable analytics.

Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build territory and account strategies, collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, mentor AE teammates, experiment with AI to streamline workflows, and share market insights to influence product roadmap and drive long-term customer value.
