The Director of Financial Communications leads the development of key communications strategies regarding corporate financial messaging, crisis management, and internal communications, fostering engagement with stakeholders and ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

Partner with HRBPs, TA, and Engineering/Product leaders to advise on compensation across the employee lifecycle. Use market data, internal talent insights, and AI tools to recommend pay, run annual comp and equity planning, manage promotions and offer decisions, evaluate global programs, build compensation tools/dashboards and automated reports, and create communications and training to drive adoption and equity.

Lead Motive's go-to-market strategy and execution to launch, scale, and measure presence across Mexico, the UK, and Canada. Own market entry plans, build regional teams and partnerships, localize messaging and demand generation, align sales and marketing, manage budgets and reporting, run test-and-learn experiments, and present results to executives. Drive commercial outcomes and create repeatable playbooks for future international expansion.

Own end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for Motive's flagship user conference and internal events. Lead agency and vendor partners, manage budgets, contracts, run-of-show, and onsite operations. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, finance, legal, and people teams. Support executive prep, drive attendee experience improvements, and deliver post-event insights tied to pipeline and engagement.

Lead global month-end and quarter-end close across multiple entities; manage GL operations (cash, intercompany, software capitalization, leases), SOX controls, audits, and process automation. Partner cross-functionally, oversee reconciliations and journal reviews, and manage a small accounting team to scale close processes and prepare for public-company readiness.

Lead a global campaign operations team to execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Build scalable processes, enablement, and automation; partner on marketing systems, leverage AI to improve workflows, and track campaign KPIs to drive optimization and performance.

Lead and scale analyst relations strategy to drive analyst engagement and favorable placements. Build relationships with major analyst firms, prepare executive briefings, manage evaluations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC), turn analyst feedback into actionable messaging/product recommendations, enable sales with analyst insights, and measure program impact.

Lead the telematics data platform vision and roadmap, partner with R&D and AI teams, productize telematics via APIs and integrations, ensure enterprise-grade reliability, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor other product managers.

Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, run discovery, deliver customized product demonstrations, and map customer challenges to technical solutions. Support RFIs/RFPs, analyze competitive positioning, and act as a cross-functional liaison to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive measurable outcomes for mid-market customers.
