Manage a portfolio of enterprise Keeper Security customers to drive adoption, renewals, upsells and expansions. Build relationships with senior and C-level contacts, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot technical issues, advise on security best practices, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer value and meet revenue quotas.

Manage a portfolio of ~50 state and government contracts, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate RFP/solicitation responses, deliver training, maintain contract guides, and liaise with OEM and government stakeholders to enable sales execution.

Provide B2B technical support via phone, email, and chat (using Salesforce); troubleshoot product issues, escalate to Tier 2 when needed, and maintain professional, up-to-date product knowledge.

Manage day-to-day analyst relations operations: coordinate evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape), stakeholder inputs, calendars, briefings, AR tools, and synthesize analyst feedback for product, PR, and marketing.
