The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will lead partnership strategies, develop relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage GTM initiatives with GSIs and technology ecosystems.

Responsible for driving sales of Salesforce solutions, building client relationships, managing expectations, and leading complex deals to achieve revenue growth.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR. Validate AWS Lambda integrations, document defects, support UAT with stakeholders, and monitor routing and call handling post-deployment.

Lead the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog across multiple instances and modules. Design portals/forms, make minor HTML/CSS changes, build reports/dashboards, run discovery and stakeholder interviews, drive Agile planning, manage change and adoption, surface risks, and partner with engineering, UX, legal, and leadership to deliver and measure product outcomes.

Design, build, and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR experiences; develop AWS Lambda functions and Lex bots; configure Contact Lens and CTRs; integrate Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and third-party APIs; monitor via CloudWatch; support IaC deployments (CloudFormation/Terraform); document designs and support UAT with stakeholders.

Owner of telephony/contact center product strategy and roadmap. Advocate for customers, manage backlog and OKRs, run discovery, partner with engineering (AWS Connect), prioritize telephony features like routing and IVR, and communicate product status to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead PD-level scheduling, resource/demand planning, budget management, status reporting, governance coordination, and process improvement for multiple concurrent AWS implementation initiatives. Manage dependencies, risks, procurement (SOWs/CRs/licenses), and produce leadership-level reports while building repeatable delivery playbooks and ensuring ServiceNow-based tracking and time reconciliation.

The role involves leading sales strategies and generating business with fintech organizations, focusing on closing significant deals and managing sales pipelines.
