Lead global web strategy and organic discoverability for Harness.com, owning SEO/AEO for search and AI answer engines, site architecture, conversion optimization, measurement, and vendor management. Partner with product marketing, content, demand gen, and developers to drive traffic, AI-driven visibility, and conversions through technical SEO, content strategy, experiments, and performance standards.

Design and build practical, end-to-end use cases inside the Harness platform, produce technical video and written content, run recording shoots, evangelize Harness AI capabilities to practitioners, and partner with product, engineering, and marketing to iterate using performance data.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and SRE practices. Implement IaC, Kubernetes/Helm deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability, automation, security/compliance, capacity planning, and mentor junior engineers to ensure reliability and performance.

Serve as the technical lead for Harness AppSec customer implementations, providing hands-on consulting, designing adoption plans, optimizing platform usage, performing churn/adoption analysis, and collaborating with product, sales, and engineering to drive value realization and automation across security, DevOps, and cloud environments.
