Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, and Product teams to build scalable underwriting infrastructure, expand alternative data signals, manage credit KPIs, and lead rigorous experimentation. Present risk trade-offs to senior leadership, identify new underwriting-driven opportunities, and mentor product managers while balancing credit access, growth, retention, and losses.
