Entry-level project manager responsible for planning and supporting small-to-medium projects, managing risks, issues, budgets, communication, and delivery quality. Acts as cross-functional coordinator, creates project documentation, forecasts resources and participates in delivery practice improvements.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, drive adoption and value of CSG's CX product suite, develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor customer health, act as escalation point, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure implementation, retention, and growth.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements: qualify opportunities, run requirements workshops, build and present tailored demos and solution documents, respond to RFI/RFPs, support proofs of concept, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to close deals.
