Lead customer-centric demonstrations, needs analysis, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses for Veeva Vault LIMS and Quality Cloud solutions. Act as a functional and technical presales advisor, applying QC laboratory and regulated manufacturing expertise. Collaborate with sales, strategy, marketing, and cross-functional teams; enable account executives; support webinars and industry events. Travel internationally 20–30% as needed.

Lead customer needs analysis, technical demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept exercises, and RFP responses for Veeva LIMS and Quality Cloud solutions. Advise enterprise customers on QC laboratory and manufacturing processes, collaborate with sales and strategy teams, support marketing events, and train account executives. The role requires LIMS experience, regulated manufacturing knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, independent execution, and 20–30% international travel.

Own and operate an AWS + Kubernetes (EKS) analytics platform for business consulting. Lead GitOps deployments and end-to-end GitLab CI/CD, manage incident response, observability, security baselines, access controls, and secrets. Balance reliability, cost, performance, and compliance while automating deployments across environments.

Leads technical solution consulting for RTSM by designing, building, and maintaining sales demo environments. Configures RTSM environments and connections, supports sales opportunities, automates technical operations, coordinates technical initiatives, and trains consulting teams on new features and technologies. Requires coding, MSSQL, cloud environment management, project management, troubleshooting, and strong communication skills. RTSM/IRT, life sciences, clinical trial, and cloud implementation experience are preferred.

Lead global commercial strategy and market expansion for Veeva QualityOne LIMS across food and beverage, CPG, and chemical ingredient industries. Engage customers, support enterprise deals, develop messaging, enable sales teams, analyze competitors, influence the product roadmap, and build industry thought leadership. The role requires deep laboratory informatics expertise, FMCG supply chain experience, executive communication skills, and up to 40% travel.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans for a SaaS platform. Validate APIs, run regression and performance tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, research and apply AI/LLM-driven testing, document defects, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve QA processes.
