Own audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, integration with CDPs/CRMs/analytics, cloud-native architectures, rendering strategies (SSR/CSR/SSG/ISR), and production performance and governance. Drive technical discovery, customer enablement, reusable patterns, and product feedback to accelerate customer deployments and ensure measurable, scalable personalization outcomes.
