Responsibilities include identifying target accounts, building and managing pipelines, conducting consultative selling, negotiating contracts, forecasting revenue, managing CRM activity, cultivating executive relationships, monitoring market intelligence, and representing the company at industry events. The role owns new-client acquisition, market expansion, deal progression, and revenue performance while collaborating with internal teams on customized solutions and proposals.

Owns the third-party risk management program, including vendor assessments, onboarding, and periodic reviews. Partners with security, legal, compliance, IT, and business teams to identify and mitigate technology, cybersecurity, privacy, AI, and vendor risks. Reviews compliance evidence, supports audits and questionnaires, maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programs, prepares leadership reporting, and enhances AI governance and business continuity practices.
