Provide underwriting legal advice on title and real estate transactions, evaluate title searches and insurance risk, determine premiums/terms, and justify underwriting requirements. Represent parties in civil litigation and manage cases through investigation, discovery, trial, settlement, and appeal. Serve as an individual contributor and resource to colleagues.

Support real estate transactions by performing administrative duties, providing high customer support, solving problems, and improving processes in a production center.

Coordinate with field operations to manage client files and support the FinCen reporting process while delivering customer service and improving processes.
