Evaluates title searches, insurance risks, and real estate transaction exposures to determine underwriting acceptability, premiums, terms, and conditions. Communicates underwriting requirements and legal risks to transaction counsel, leads discipline-related projects, resolves complex issues, and guides less experienced colleagues with limited oversight.

Coordinate with field operations to manage client files and support the FinCen reporting process while delivering customer service and improving processes.
