Develop and distribute recurring reports, gather stakeholder requirements, enhance data and reporting capabilities, automate manual processes, analyze KPIs and trends, and present insights to business leaders. Partner with business and technical SMEs on data deep dives, quality improvements, and ad hoc finance and business initiatives. The role requires hands-on Power BI and SQL experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with VBA and Python.

Lead and manage enterprise software projects for payments clients using Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Plan, estimate, track, and report project status; facilitate sprint and release planning, retrospectives, and demos; coordinate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, BAs, and technical teams; produce project plans, effort estimates, and deliverables; resolve conflicts and ensure teams follow core agile principles to meet milestones and client expectations.
