Perform manual testing for IAM workflows on the IBM Verify platform, validating SSO, MFA, OAuth/SAML/OpenID Connect, RBAC and identity provider integrations. Create and execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers, document defects with reproduction steps, support test data/environments, participate in Agile ceremonies, and gradually contribute to API/UI test automation.

Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise IAM services (SailPoint ISC/IGA, Ping, Okta, AD), ensure platform availability and SLA adherence, lead incident and change management, vendor and stakeholder communications, track risks and metrics, and coordinate operational readiness for critical events.

Serve as liaison to internal and external clients to define and support Auth0 strategy. Lead Auth0 platform configuration (Universal Login, Actions, Rules, Hooks), MFA and attack protection, design API integrations and identity federation, and integrate Auth0 with SaaS, internal, and customer-facing applications while partnering with engineering teams.

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise IAM platforms in a 24x7 operations environment. Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, provisioning, and identity governance issues; manage access lifecycle, respond to alerts, maintain runbooks, support audits, and participate in shift rotations.
