Manages assigned MSP clients as a virtual IT manager and technical subject matter expert. Responsibilities include resolving escalations, maintaining documentation and SOPs, evaluating technology environments, leading operational meetings, reviewing KPIs, supporting onboarding, tracking maintenance and end-of-life schedules, assisting with patching and root-cause analysis, and providing light project management. Requires strong client communication, advanced server and network troubleshooting, and familiarity with common MSP platforms and infrastructure technologies.
