Territory-focused outside sales role targeting dental practices in New England. Diagnoses issues across operating systems, browsers, networks, databases, and application environments; communicates solutions to dental professionals; documents resolutions; manages escalations; and collaborates with engineering and product teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, troubleshooting automation, escalation analysis, and continuous improvement.

Leads billing operations for a SaaS organization, overseeing billing infrastructure, system configuration, invoicing accuracy, reconciliation, quote-to-cash processes, revenue reporting, and ASC 606 compliance. Manages billing integrations with Salesforce and SAP, establishes controls and SLAs, resolves billing issues, supports customer lifecycle changes, and partners with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. The role also develops teams, drives process improvements, and manages subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.

Leads distributed desktop software development teams across multiple mature dental practice management products. Owns delivery predictability, engineering quality, technical debt, release health, compliance deadlines, defect triage, test strategy, and customer issue resolution. Partners with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and support while managing employees and delivery partners across international teams. Requires technical fluency in Windows desktop technologies, relational databases, continuous integration, packaging, installers, and upgrade paths.

Coordinates international supply chain and logistics activities, including import/export documentation, customs compliance, purchase orders, inbound shipment tracking, supplier and carrier coordination, 3PL warehouse operations, inventory control, audits, KPI performance, freight claims, and cost analysis. Supports product launches, supply changes, and cross-functional communication while ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Own the end-to-end onboarding of Sensei Cloud Apps customers, including configuration, data migration, user setup, training, milestone management, and go-live readiness. Maintains customer relationships while redirecting support issues, meets activity and sales KPIs, stays current on software and industry offerings, and adopts new sales processes and technology.

Support FP&A for a dental practice management SaaS: build financial models, forecast ARR/MRR, automate reporting with BI and AI, analyze practice usage and pricing, integrate SAP/Salesforce data, and deliver executive dashboards and insights for product, sales, and operations.
