Support equity originators and underwriters through acquisition, investor placement, modeling, due diligence, and closings for LIHTC affordable housing deals. Prepare initial investment models, screening and investment committee packages, perform financial and market analysis, coordinate third-party due diligence, and help maintain deal quality and investor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Manage fund strategy and performance to meet investment objectives; prepare IRR analyses, tax-credit and cash distribution projections; monitor fund reserves and compliance; produce quarterly and annual investor reports; support investor due diligence, K-1 preparation, and ad hoc investor requests.
